Dr. Khaled Shalaby

Dr. Shalaby began his dental journey by earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2003 from Ain Shams University in Egypt. He later completed a Master’s degree in Oral Surgery in 2010, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Minnesota in 2019.At Smile Zone of Irving, Dr. Shalaby is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate comprehensive care in a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and well cared for. He is clinically focused on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of treatment. Dr. Shalaby is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, with a special focus on building meaningful relationships with his patients and helping them achieve healthier, happier smiles.Outside the office, Dr. Shalaby enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He is passionate about traveling, and his favorite hobby is swimming.

Dr. Rim Hamad

Dr. Rim Hamad is a dental consultant and entrepreneur with a strong background in both dentistry and practice management. She currently serves as a dental consultant and practice manager at Smile Zone of Irving, where she focuses on optimizing operations, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring high operational standards in a non-clinical capacity.Dr. Hamad earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Ain Shams University in Egypt and completed her Master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry from the same institution. She is a versatile professional who combines her background in dentistry with expertise in management and leadership.At Smile Zone of Irving, Dr. Hamad plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, improving team efficiency, and driving overall practice growth. She is actively involved in business leadership and professional development, with a strong interest in communication, organizational growth, and strategic planning.

Esmeralda has been with Smile Zone of Irving since the beginning and serves as the Office Manager. She is also a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), bringing valuable knowledge and experience to the team.She takes great pride in serving the Irving community she grew up in and is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.Outside of the office, Esmeralda enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her children.

Reyna is a part of the marketing and patient coordination team at Smile Zone of Irving. They play a key role in connecting with patients, managing calls, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first point of contact.They are dedicated to helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported when scheduling appointments and learning about the services offered. Their strong communication skills and friendly approach help build lasting relationships with patients and the community
